OpenCI Code Coverage

o

There are differences between OpenCI and ArmCI.   Path issues, awaiting to hear back from Paul.

o

Number of tests is different.  The OpenCI is running less tests, so results are not the same as some tests are private.

o

Joanna, infrastructure for code coverage is there and fine, just need to increase the tests or understand why tests are not run.
