Hello,
The MISRA testing tool in use by the TF projects, ECLAIR, was upgraded
to version 3.13.1 (from 3.13.0). This is minor version upgrade, which
doesn't have any user-visible changes, but has internal bugfixes and
enhancements. I verified that TF-A report produced is identical to the
previous version. However, please let us know if you see any unexpected
behavior after this upgrade or have questions.
