This is a notification of a patch I pushed yesterday.

It consists of standard C source cleanup and initial toolchain support for IAR Embedded Workbench.

The target is Musca A and I will provide further support for the psoc6 once the twincpu branch has been merged to master.

The Musca A port is not yet fully functional but debugging is in progress.
