[TF-M] Request about local test with IAR compiler

Hi,

I made a patchhttps://review.trustedfirmware.org/c/TF-M/trusted-firmware-m/+/16106 to change CMSIS-RTOS RTX library attribute for ARMv8-M Mainline platforms in TF-M, the reference is CMSIS-RTOS2https://www.keil.com/pack/doc/CMSIS/RTOS2/html/pDirectory_Files.html#libFiles. As CI doesn't cover IAR compiler, I'm very grateful if someone who is convenient can help me build and run it with IAR toolchain locally.
