[TF-M] Discussion on TF-M Copyright notices update

Hello,

I would like to open discussion on TF-M copyright notice unification following other projects in TrustedFirware.orghttps://www.trustedfirmware.org/ which already adopted Linux Foundation copyrightshttps://www.linuxfoundation.org/blog/blog/copyright-notices-in-open-source-software-projects. With the change TF-M copyright notice will be unified to:

Copyright (c) XXXX[-YYYY], The TrustedFirmware-M Contributors. All rights reserved.
