[TF-M] [RFC] Changing initialization Stack from PSP to MSP

Hi dear platform maintainers,

I'd like to draw your attention on this patchhttps://review.trustedfirmware.org/c/TF-M/trusted-firmware-m/+/11165. It changes the initialization stack from PSP to MSP. Would you please check if this change breaks your platform?
