[TF-M] Fix for issue T276 has been merged

Hi, Fix for the issue 'stacking issue in psa_call when FP was enabled' has been merged: https://review.trustedfirmware.org/c/trusted-firmware-m/+/713/

This commit fixes the problem while hardware FP is enabled, 5th parameter fetching problem for psa_call(). Please check the latest master branch to get the fix.
