There are no immediate plans to implement DTLS1.3. Okay to receive contributions enabling DTLS1.3 in Mbed TLS.

that DTLS 1.3 is on the roadmap for the near future.
Is it available? Are there any schedules? The Eclipse/wakaama project is looking for DTLS 1.3 (see https://github.com/eclipse/wakaama/issues/684), therefore I'm asking
