Yes it is possible.
The Arm supported platform is Total Compute, see the build instructions: https://gitlab.arm.com/arm-reference-solutions/arm-reference-solutions-docs/...
On the other hand, I remember Jens had a common reference prototype targetting the FVP Base model. I still have build instructions, but I prefer that Jens confirms it's still safe to use as it dates a bit (ffav4_spmc prototype branch..).
The FVP instructions are probably not safe to use any longer. I believe you're much better off with the Total Compute instructions.

Sorry, but I want to purpose an idea (but haven't verified it) on it. Can we achieve it with the following steps?
- Prepare a OP-TEE binary and enough memory space (which can be
allocated in the dts files) 2. Load the OP-TEE in the memory space 3. Point PC to the entry point of the binary and return to SEL1.

I want to boot one or more OPTEE on SEL1, with using Hafnium (v2.4) on SEL2 and TF-A (v2.4) on EL3, and Arm FVP. Before I can boot multiple Cactus SP, but I can find little infos about booting OP-TEE.
