After the making the following change,

SRC_URI_DLMALLOC = "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ARMmbed/dlmalloc/75149a9d7c50442db0f89085b..."

In File,

<repo_path>/bsp/layers/meta-tc/recipes-security/trusted-services/secure-partitions_git.bb

I am now getting same error with this new URL,

ERROR: secure-partitions-1.0+gitAUTOINC+2fc7e10c7c-r0 do_fetch: Fetcher failure for URL: 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ARMmbed/dlmalloc/75149a9d7c50442db0f89085b...'. Unable to fetch URL from any source.

I tried pasting the above URL link in browser and got "404 Not Found" there.
