Yes some patches is not critical such fixing Coverity patches, but the following patches are indeed critical for the platform:

We reviewed all the patches that were merged to the main branch and most of these did not pass the entry criteria for the LTS.
Only the four patches seemed critical for the platform and passed the entry criteria partially.
