TF-M released a hotfix to the current version, tagged by TF-Mv1.8.1

The fixes:

• Partial tag comparison when using Chacha20-Poly1305 on the PSA driver API interface in CryptoCell enabled platforms.

Registered as CVE-2023-40271,
