I'm glad to tell you that the MCUboot specific configurations have been moved into the bl2 folder!

With the merged patch, please rebase you patches if they are related  to MCUboot configurations. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We decide to move MCUBoot specific configurations to TF-M/bl2/ext/mcuboot folder. This change is to decouple MCUBoot and TF-M configurations and make default_config.cmake clearer.
