New v1.7.0 Release Candidate is prepared and tagged with TF-Mv1.7.0-RC3.

All fixes are local and shall not affect a common code, so I think all tests passed so far are still valid.

These are changes in the main repository for your reference:

10. Profiles: Correct TF-M Profiles configs

Presume RC3 is the final release candidate, and we will release v1.7.0 on Dec 8 as planned.

Tag TF-M v1.7 RC1 is available for tests, placed on all repos. Please use it for your project or platform verification and report any issue found.

Here it the list of RC1 know defects for your reference, to be fixed in RC2:

1. Outdated introduction in documentation
2. Compile warning on gnuarm 11.2
3. FIH tool test failed on AN521
4. Kconfig system defects
5. MUSCA_S1_GCC_1_CRYPTO_Release_BL2 run failed in v1.7 RC1
6. FIH boot failure on AN521
7. Doorbell API should be disabled for base config
8. FWU partition missed erasing flash when initiating a new FWU process

The branch release/1.7.x has been created indicating the start of the release process and features freeze.

RC1 tag will follow after successful run of the basic tests.

Let me remind that the code is not frozen, and development can be continued on the main branch.
