Hi Ayoub,

Thank you for providing more details about your question.
MultiDTB mechanism is not supported by TF-A, and Arm does not plan to support it.
Moreover, the link you mentioned is specific to MultiDTB support in U-boot, but it's not part of any standard,

so we believe the implementation shouldn't be part of generic code.

However, partners can contribute in a platform-specific manner to support MultiDTB mechanism.

You are welcome to contribute patches towards this work.

Thanks,

Manish Badarkhe

Subject: Re: [TF-A] Multi DTBs support in TF-A

Hi,

thanks for the link but I think you misunderstood my question, my goal is to have TF-A supporting multiple device configuration by packing all required DTBs into the one TF-A binary and do selection at bootup time by probing a gpio for example:

similar thing is implemented in u-boot for example:

https://github.com/u-boot/u-boot/blob/master/doc/README.multi-dtb-fit

Hi Ayoub,

TF-A supports both hardware and firmware device tree configurations. Usage of device tree configurations are explained in TF-A documentation[1]. If you need any further specific information, please contact us.
