Assuming you're referring to FF-A support for the EDKII StandaloneMM partition, there was no upstream support until recently.
FF-A support exists out of tree in Arm Neoverse solutions using Hafnium as an SPMC:
Earlier RD N2 platform may support the same using the EL3 SPMC.
There is an on going upstreaming effort to which
@Sami Mujawar may be able to share more details.
Afaik EDKII changes are on list, and counterpart EL3 SPMC changes are in review:
