Introduction of Ar m CCA Context Management
- Session Presented by: Manish Pandey\, Soby Mathew and Zelalem Aweke
- Details: With the introduction of Arm CCA\ , the context management library needs to manage the context for one more w orld (realm world). Since the current context management library has evolve d over time\, some of design principles need sharpening / re-defining to ma ke it easier to manage and make it less error-prone when managing the 3 wor lds. The proposal lists down the design principles and discusses about intr oduction of new CPU Context for the root world (EL3). The refactor will inc rease the overall robustness of EL3 firmware as it will enforce a design pa ttern in software plus have a more predictable sysreg state during executio n at EL3.

We run an open technical forum call for anyone to participate and it is not restricted to Trusted Firmware project members. It will operate under the guidance of the TF TSC. \;
