Title: Firmware update support in the Trusted Services project

A reference implementation of the Update Agent has recently been added to Trusted Services. The implementation provides a toolbox of reusable components for adding banked FWU support into firmware for A-Profile devices. The implementation conforms to the Arm FWU-A specification for compatibility with TF-A and other boot loaders that recognise FWU-A metadata.
