The buffering in TF-PSA-Crypto is in psa_cipher_update_ecb() in psa_crypto_cipher.c .

This mailing list isn't used much. Most users of TF-PSA-Crypto use the mbed-tls list (https://lists.trustedfirmware.org/mailman3/lists/mbed-tls.lists.trustedfirmware.org/). But the main forum for driver writers and core writers is a Discord channel: #psa-crypto-driver-api on the trustedfirmware Discord server (https://discord.gg/8nY8vtkBZ).
